Unused “Paid Diamonds” that were not used by Friday, November 28, 2025 at 14:59 (JST)
This service is available only for financial institutions within Japan.
Diamonds distributed as gifts (Free Diamonds) are not eligible for refunds.
Only users who possess Paid Diamonds may apply for a refund within the application.
■Refund Application Period
From Friday, November 28, 2025 at 16:00
Until Wednesday, December 31, 2025 at 23:59 (JST)
Refunds will not be processed if the application is not submitted within the above period.
Details can be confirmed during the refund application process within the app.
